@Foosball (3rdFQ) read Psalm 100 to set the tone before Qing Pain Station 1 at The Pit. Typical Foosball creative pain shenanigans.
@Tiny Dancer led us up to the Construction Zone for his Q at Pain Station 2. Brutal TD coupon Q.
@Cosmo brought us to Pain Station 3 for his fun team challenge of sandbag tossing and sprints at the Tollgate Clubhouse.
@2nd F Kwame progressed us to the Drag Strip where he Q’d a great cardio session of RnR politicians and sprints.
@Dizzy Gillespie (F3 Dads) then ensured we paid the toll and the troll at the Three Bridges. Shoulders burnt and I sure hope that was @Heidi (1st F Q)’s arm I was holding during the elephant walks!!
@Heidi (1st F Q) brought his friend Dora along for his Dog Park Q with a shoulder and core smoke session.
@Ginsu brought the PAX to the Tunnel of Terror, giving our shoulders more to think about with B2TW…but at least we had some lunge walks for relief.
@ragdoll grabbed the flag and advanced us to Hamburger Hill, where he proceeded to turn us all into ground beef with a full-body meat grinder.
@Operation then closed us out with his special guess J. Lo…and a whole bunch of other Operation full-body brutality.
(Pancreas’ takeaway: Do NOT try to call time on Operation. He WILL get his 15 minutes! #cruciblePTSD)

Earlier this year, SkyNet from F3 Nolo impacted me by telling me he is “too blessed to be stressed” prior to telling me about caring for his handicapped child. What a joyful and faithful perspective. I have not practiced this very well at times this year.
In reflecting upon Psalm 100, we can rest in God’s sovereignty – His character and nature – and respond with praise, gratitude, and Thanksgiving. Especially as the days and world around us grows darker and more challenging, as Christ followers we can live with thankfulness and a hunger to share the joy of Jesus with others. Be ready for 2022 to bring challenges and darkness – but we can reflect the light of Christ to the world and impact our communities, remembering all along that God is faithful!
I’m humbled and grateful to be with you all on this journey together. I love you brothers. Thank you for the way you have all impacted my life and impacted F3SH. May you all have a safe and blessed Thanksgiving!
