Weekly Workout Schedule & Locations

All F3 Spring Hill workouts are free of charge, open to all men, and held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold.  There is no sign up, just show up at the appointed time and place. 
We welcome men of all fitness levels to our workouts.

* For Bootcamp workouts, it’s a good idea to bring gloves
and wear clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty.
