F3 Spring Hill started in May of 2019 with “The Armory”, our first AO (short for Area Of Operations) at Harvey Park on Miles Johnson Pkwy.
Shortly after that we started “Uprising”, our weekly run group, and then “Fort Pain”, a weekday bootcamp that meets at Sarah Benson Park in Thompson’s Station, as well as “TRAPP” (Thursday Runs At Preservation Park).
