New Workout Locations:

F3 Spring Hill has seen tremendous growth over the last six months, and because of this we have implemented the following changes to 2 of our workout locations.  Starting the week of May 17, 2021, both Uprising and The Armory will be permanently moved to Longview.  Our new meeting spot is on the south side of Longview Recreation Center.

Also, we have a NEW Bootcamp AO starting up on May 26th, 5:30AM, at Port Royal Park!  More details to follow soon.

About F3 Spring Hill Workouts:

Free Of Charge

All F3 workouts are free of charge. There is no sign up, just show up at the appointed time and place

Open To All Men

We welcome men (ages 18+) of all fitness levels to our workouts and have no requirement for membership

Held Outdoors

All F3 workouts are held outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold. Bring gloves and clothes that you don't mind getting dirty


Workouts are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary

A Circle Of Trust

All workouts end with a Circle of Trust, highlighting our third "F" of faith. All men, regardless of religious beliefs, are welcome.

What Is F3?

F3 is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men.  Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.

The three F’s in our name stand for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith — the last of which we define as not one specific religion or faith system, but simply a belief in something outside oneself.

The F3 Credo is: Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him.

About F3 Spring Hill

F3 Spring Hill started in May of 2019 with “The Armory”, our first AO (short for Area Of Operations) at Harvey Park on Miles Johnson Pkwy. 

Shortly after that we started “Uprising”, our run group that meets weekly at Sugar Ridge Road.

Next we started “Fort Pain”, a weekday bootcamp that meets at Sarah Benson Park in Thompson’s Station, as well as TRAPP (Thursday Runs At Preservation Park)

We now have workouts 6 days a week!  Be sure to check out our workout locations page for more information on days and times.
