Cannonball Run 2022
We will be having our next CSAUP (Completely Stupid And Utterly Pointless) event in March!
Dubbed “Cannonball Run”, it will consist of approximately 6 miles of trail running, with 6 pain stations
(15-20 minute workouts) spread out along the way.

What Is F3?
F3 is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Our mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership.
The three F’s in our name stand for Fitness, Fellowship and Faith — the last of which we define as not one specific religion or faith system, but simply a belief in something outside oneself.
The F3 Credo is: Leave no man behind, but leave no man where you find him.
About F3 Spring Hill
F3 Spring Hill started in May of 2019 with “The Armory”, our first AO (short for Area Of Operations) at Harvey Park on Miles Johnson Pkwy.
Shortly after that we started “Uprising”, our weekly run group, and then “Fort Pain”, a weekday bootcamp that meets at Sarah Benson Park in Thompson’s Station, as well as “TRAPP” (Thursday Runs At Preservation Park).
