COT-Circle of Trust: “The Storm”
The Storms will come, but the Cavalry will not. Men, there will be many storms that hit all of us during our lives. They can hit our family, our marriage, and our careers. We must be prepared for when this happens.

For example: You receive a phone call at midnight, the police have your son and he is in jail, your daughter runs away from home, your wife says we need some time apart, your Mom calls and says, Dad is gone. The boss calls you in his office for what you thought was a good visit, but he tells you they are letting you go. Your friend from high school commits suicide and you just talked to him last week, the Church makes a decision that you don’t agree with.

Gentlemen these type of storms may hit you and when they do the Cavalry is not coming to save you. It is your responsibility to be the Rock that your family holds onto when everything around them is not stable, you are the lighthouse they can see from miles away that gives them direction in which way they should travel, It is you and me that must the “night light” when darkness consumes them and they are trying to find their way back to safety. They too will have their storms.

So let’s lock shields and be prepared. If you need help, ask another High Impact Man and keep improving. Start by:
1. Go home and hug your wife tight, then tonight read her your wedding vows again.
2. Then hug your kids tight, remind them you will always be here for them no matter what age they are.
3. Call your parents.
4. Tell your boss about F3 and how it is making you stronger, they probably already have noticed.

Because we will lead by example:
Let’s take a knee. Father, we first want to give you thanks for our savior your Son Jesus Christ so that we could be forgiven of our sins. We know that we have fallen but we are trying to get better. Father please give each of us the strength to upright our boats, to break the chains holding us back from being the Husbands and Fathers we need to be.

All about the Benjamins: 25 curls, 25 lunges, 25 squats, 25 lunges, 25 overhead press, 25 lunges, 25 sit ups, 25 lunges.
25 over the coupon burpees.

Bear crawl to the hill, 10 mercins, run back.

Grab a coupon and head to the beach for multiple weighted options, rotating roughly every minute.

Then grab a coupon and head back to conduct the “bear crawl ring of fire”

Then “Belching” across the field.

Finished out with big boy sit ups until the Q got tired.
