Kwame’s Solo 9/11 Tribute Workout – 9.11.2020

My individual backblast is quite simple to write, quite difficult to do. I struggled after I woke up late on what to do to honor 9/11 in a proper way. I decided I wanted to do something that was more mental than physical. To endure through something I’ve never done. So I did 911 squats. In a row. Without stopping.

To all those that lost friends or family in the tragedy of 9/11, I pray for you today. So many real life heroes on that day and the days that followed.
