Though it is different in each iteration, Warpath is always a lot of running, a lot of burpees, and a lot of pain. YHC tried his best to deliver all 3 in 45 min. The Sky Q was kind enough to hold off the rain :pray:

Pain station 2 – at the light pole at the top of the hill – reverse lunges to curled single-leg raises
PAX had time to make it at least 4 trips up the hill for a total of 2.25 miles. Rucks on for YHC and @Foosball, who gave @Pancreas a taste of ruck running on his final hill ascent.
