Black Ops Sprint Workout – 3.19.21

I met Foos at Irwin park track for dynamic stretching for 5 minutes then started the workout:
1/4 mile @ 6:00/mile pace
1- minute rest
1/4 mile @ 6:00/mile pace
1:30 rest
1/4 mile @ 6:00/mile pace
2:00 rest
1/4 mile @ 6:00/mile pace
1:30 rest
1/4 mile @ 6:00/mile pace
1:00 rest
1/4 mile @ 6:00/mile pace
10:00 post run stretch
Got our sweat on, pushed ourselves.
Afterwards we talked about doing this regularly getting in some speedwork. For accountability the stretch goal of ours is to break a 6:00 mile before the end of the year #2021goals. For anyone else aspiring to get faster I encourage @channel to join us next time! Look for a message soon, but it will be outside of morning workouts, most likely lunchtime on Fridays for those that can swing it. 30-45 minute quick workout.
