Murph Monday – 8.2.21

First day of the week of the 6!
14 HIM  showed up to LEARN the real way to do a Murph.

Divide the pax in 3 groups and start running at 5:32
Thang to time
We did a traditional Murph in 3 groups
Run mile
Group 1- pull-ups you need to finish the 100  then move to the next station.
Group 2 -push-ups after you complete your 200 move to the next station
Group 3 -squats 300 then move to next station till time. We will try ti do this once a month and encourage everyone to add weight, goal is to complete the Murph on Memorial Day this way with the 20#weight added:muscle
Rucking Csup this Saturday you will need a ruck ! Visit the Channel for details and help.
F3 dads this Sunday at 2pm bring the heat with your 2.0’s
