A 37 degree run for a Thursday Uprising group run edition which included @Pancreas @Operation @Lone Star and showing up at the last min @Bogo. Not sure if @Sully smart or fart sacked but he was missed.

Also fun to change it up and run through the streets of Spring Hill where we covered just over 4 miles. We threw in a few sprints, stopped to do a few exercises to wait on the six, had a stretch with a traditional NAHR relay, and there was a pit stop by a certain someone (you can figure that one out ).
