2 Laps around Armory with 25 reps at if specific exercises at designated pain stations along the way.
Lap 1: big boys at each park bench, dips at each pavilion, lunge walk part of the path, then loop around the restroom building alternating between 1 leg hops and lunge walks on each side
Lap 2: dips at each park bench, derkins at each pavilion, lunge walk part of the path, then loop around the restroom building alternating between 1 leg hops and lunge walks on each side
Thang 2:
Move to south parking lot between pavilion and restrooms for the following:
25 merkins on pavilion side, bear crawl across, 25 SSH, politician back. RnR for 4 rounds
Thang 3:
(I don't remember what this is called)
Start on sidewalk and run the parking lines as follows:
Run to first line, 1 merkin, run back to start, 5 squats
Runt to second line, 2 merkins, run back to start, 5 squats
RnR, increasing the number of merkins at each line
On line #11, we did Lt. Dan's back to the start and called TIME!

Dark Knight's teacher's husband is having open heart surgery on Monday
Much of this workout was put together by DK. He seemed to be channeling his inner Kwame today as all he wanted to do was lower body stuff. I'm afraid we may have created a little monster!
No FNGs today, although we did have a group of elementary school kids come by that knew DK and shouted out to him.
