Heavy carry day. 5 PAX, 5 Sandbags. Carry sandbags for ~1.3 miles. Rotate every 4 min between 60#/80# (340# total sandbag weight)
Ruck only lap around Park to finish time out.

I went past the field of a sluggard, past the vineyard of someone who has no sense; [31] thorns had come up everywhere, the ground was covered with weeds, and the stone wall was in ruins. [32] I applied my heart to what I observed and learned a lesson from what I saw: [33] A little sleep, a little slumber, a little folding of the hands to rest— [34] and poverty will come on you like a thief and scarcity like an armed man.
We can't slack, slumber, rest when there is work to be done lest the undone work lead to an undermining of our lives. We do the extra things by coming out in the morning and bettering our bodies. We should extend this into all areas of our lives if we aren't already. Don't put off until later what can be done right now.
