F3 Spring Hill is holding another Open House Week,
next week (11/29/2021 – 12/4 /2021 )!

While our workouts are ALWAYS free and open to all men, this special week is specifically focused on introducing FNGs (Friendly New Guys) to what F3 Spring Hill is all about and the positive impact it can have on them, their families, and OUR communities.
