Our words, demeanor, attitude, intentionality, energy, kindness, etc.   – Will play an enormous role in the trajectory of each member of our households.  We set the tone!
How much intentionality are we giving to the leading or directing of our families?
Are we proactive or reactive leaders in our homes?
Are we “posting” each day or are we showing up each day to lead the Q?
Here in F3 we believe in the 3 Fs, and how important each one is to our overall well-being.
Men aren’t the only ones who need the 3 Fs.
How can we help provide opportunities for our Ms and 2.0s to experience the benefits of the 3 Fs as well?
Many of us lead the Q in a regular basis and have to put together a plan for a workout.
What if we tried “designing a Q” for our home life? First F ideas:  Go for walks, hikes, bike rides together as a family
Second F:  are the M and 2.0s involved in any  community groups (church, small group, scouts, book clubs, work-out groups, etc.  you can also play games, have family movie/pizza nights, take family trips, etc.
Third F ideas: pray as a family, family devotionals, go to worship concerts, Family Bible studies, share with each other what your thankful for, go serve somewhere together, watch “The Chosen” TV series, etc.
Challenge:  Plan the Q for your family, either for a week or a month.  Make sure to build in outings during that time to exercise, participate in fun activities with the intention of bonding as a family, and also lead your family in some sort of devotional, prayer, Bible study, or other faith-based activity.
Goal: create your own ongoing family rhythms (if you aren’t doing so already) to incorporate the 3 Fs into your family life.
@Peewee (TRAPP) out!
