Normal run out to Commonwealth, and left onto Duplex. Great to see a really large group running in together. Some of us were on the slower side today dealing with tiredness and getting over sickness. Others pushed hard and made great distances and time.

Stole a page from @Singlet teaching our boys at our Church’s youth group. He had them all carry crosses. The first cross was very small and they grew in size and weight as they carried them from one station to the next. By the second to last or last one, all the boys needed some help carrying it. They encouraged each other, cheered each other on and helped one another. Point being is that we all have crosses to carry. Sometimes they’re light and easy to carry on our own. Sometimes they’re heavy and hard to carry. That’s when we need to reach out for help. We’re surround by some great HIMs. Continue to help and offer your support to one another. Sometimes we let our pride and sense of “toughness” get in the way of easing these big crosses. As @PrimeTime Kwame pointed out, the bigger man will ask for help.
