Ran the regular route. Notes:
Good to see @Robert Rogers, @Tiny Dancer, @ragdoll come out to the #uprising ! Bertha was ready and waiting with open arms. She especially liked TD’s legs today. Suns out, calves out? Something like that…
An awesome group of HIMs are Q’ing this week, starting with @Dipstick tomorrow at #fort-pain . Get in your HC now!
Also a black ops opportunity on Friday if you are up for a ruck or run, we are heading to Columbia to support the opening of a new cafe/shop by our buddy @Aladdin ! Meeting at 5:30 at Harvey Park to clown car down for a 6-7 activity followed by a visit to the shop- Wolf and Scout. Come on out for a great fellowship opportunity.
Pray for @Pancreas to get relief and continue the healing process. For Brentwood family who lost their child in sledding accident. For all those affected by injuries, illness and covid.
Today’s message was about forgiveness. We are called to forgive by God. We should not hesitate to do this, for how can we not forgive when he sacrificed and forgave us for EVERYTHING! We can define what it is by first speaking about what forgiveness is not (see image below).
Biblical ref for today: Colossians 3:12-13
“12 Put on then, as God’s chosen ones, holy and beloved,  compassionate hearts,  kindness, humility, meekness, and patience, 13 bearing with one another and,  if one has a complaint against another, forgiving each other; as the Lord has forgiven you, so you also must forgive.”
Forgiveness starts with one person. You cannot force anyone to reconcile with you, but by letting go of YOUR PAIN it will help begin the process. Forgiveness is mainly for the forgiver, don’t hold in the pain, anger, frustration you might be harboring. It’s amazing what forgiveness can do!
