The Run
Today we switched it up a bit. Instead of running the down and out to the left (hold onto your seats), we ran the down and out the right. Crazy, I know! The total route was about 5mi.

Try to remember why you come out to F3 AOs and why you're a part of this brotherhood. We are here to help one another grow as leaders. You are going to develop physically, you'll strengthen your bond with other great men and you'll grow in your faith. At the same time, we have a duty to one another. We can't help one another improve as leaders if we're not honest and open with each other. Sometimes that feedback isn't what we want to hear. Whether it's reminder about your form or what you've said or how you've conducted yourself. Constructive criticism isn't meant to be taken personally. We all have rough edges, and we're out here trying to smooth those out together. We can't continue to accelerate if we aren't honest with one another. Just because we're all adults, doesn't mean we stop trying to get better. So if you're faced with this situation, again, don't take it personally. Reflect upon it, meditate, and remember we're all just trying to help improve one another. That's what it's all about.
