All I have to say about this is, it was brutal and so fun at the same time. I think it is one of the hardest workouts I have ever done.
I am so proud of all the PAX, you were all amazing and continued to push the entire time. Take a look at those heart rates. WOW!!!

This past week I was in Las Vegas for a conference. It is very interesting to walk around this city. To see the level of depravity and what people of looking to, to try and find fulfillment.

It is easy to get distracted in our daily life and let other things take the rightful place of God and family in our lives. Stay alert, be vigilant and keep an eye out for those things that may look attractive but lead to our being disconnected from God and disconnected from those who are most important in our life.

It was a pleasure serving you men this morning, thank you for that honor.
