Background: This workout is dedicated to Sgt. Andrew
Harnett was killed in the line of duty on Dec 31, 2020,
in Calgary Alberta Canada.
Andy was a Calgary Police officer for 12 years and died
at 37 years of age. He was a military police officer prior
to joining the Calgary Police. Andy’s wife was pregnant
at the time of his death with their first child, a son.
Andy loved fitness and encouraged others to join him
in the gym regularly.
The workout was designed by a few police officers that
worked with Andy.
The rep scheme signifies:
5 rounds for District 5 where Andy worked for pretty
much his entire career
12 Burpee Pull-Ups for the before midnight he got
killed
12 Handstand Push-Ups for the month of December
when he died
31 Thrusters for the day of his passing
20 Box Jump Overs for the year when he passed.
