3 HIM had a brisk morning run at The TRAPP this morning! It was a cold one… a cold trail run… or as @Pancreas pointed out a Cold Run At Preservation Park… CRAPP.

3.87 miles through the frosty hills in the dark, and then we ran into 3 Jeremy’s at the parking lot. EHing ensued, but they didn’t seem too interested for all their talk about David Goggins and staying hard
