  • 10 squats
Phase 1: 8 sets of the following:
  • 5 pull-ups
  • 10 ruck merkins
  • 10 ruck thrusters
Phase 2: 3 stations PAX rotated through each then ran a lap around parking garage with ruck. We made 6 rounds.
3 bag over shoulders with the 98#sb (switched to 4 after one round)
3 squats with the 80#sb (switched to 4 as above)
  • 3 endorphins with the 70#sb (switched to 4 as above) (switched to 7 curls after 4 rounds)
Phase 3: I thought I might spill merlot
  • all sbs up the stairs with ruck
  • At top: 20 4ct flutter kicks, 10 pull-ups, 10 toes to bar
  • All sbs down the stairs with ruck
  • At bottom: 20 4ct flutter kicks, 10 pull-ups, 10 toes to bar
  • RNR (made 2.5 trips up)
