YHC advised today’s workout was based on a patch seen while browsing the internet (https://f3.mudgear.com/products/f3-murder-bunnies-patch). PAX were not advised to bring coupons so as not to spoil the surprise. YHC almost brought enough coupons, and @Three’s Company saved the day by having one with him.
YHC proceeded to demonstrate each movement that would be performed. PAX grabbed their coupons and headed to the start position.

He has made us competent as ministers of a new covenant – not of the letter but of the Spirit: for the letter kills, but the Spirit gives life!” II Corinthians 3:6You and I have been given, for better or for worse, the ability to produce life or death through our character. The Holy Spirit took a group of men at Pentecost, saved them, filled them, changed them inside, and turned them loose to bring His health and life to a waiting world. It was a movement in time through yielded men. It was a fresh movement, not of the letter of the law or of stale religion, but of the Spirit. He has made us competent as ministers of a new covenant.
Many of us live our lives in defeat even after we have accepted the victorious life. We have been so influenced by the letter that we have not lived with the freedom of the Spirit. A belief centered on the letter instead of the Spirit is living in the prison of guilt and defeat. We will never keep the law that is why the Old Testament (covenant) was given. The New Covenant tells us that we are forgiven of the past, the present and the future. All sin and guilt has been abolished. You can’t live in the defeat of the Old Testament and at the same time live with the Joy of the New Testament. We must address this fact often through the day. Is my motivation thankfulness or guiltiness? Conviction or condemnation? Remember the word confession in the Greek means simply (to agree with God that we have sinned). Move on and live and be motivated by the joy of your salvation!
Great work this morning men! It was a lot of suckage but we made it and are stronger for it. Thank you for letting me lead and for following! It’s always an honor and a privilege to work along-side each of you!
