New Year’s Day AO Convergence – Bootcamp

14 PAX faced the New Year's Day gloom head on and beat it like it owed us money!

Arm Circles
Split into groups (#fort-pain, #musclebeach, #the-trapp/#uprising)
Heidi's Beatdown:
Heidi, @Pancreas, @Pre-K, and @Hot Mic moseyed to the pavilion next to the bathrooms. (because, Pancreas)
Start with 5 reps of each exercise OYO, then repeat adding 5 reps to each one. Continue until time.
RnR for 10 minutes:
Triceps dips
LBCs
SSH
American Hammers 
As luck would have it, the downpour started while we were under the pavilion.  Pancreas couldn't stand it and had to get out and play in the rain anyway.
Mosey over to the path in the grass across from the bathrooms.
Bear crawl up the bank to the street, do 1 merkin, 1 plank jack, and 1 set of shoulder taps. Crawl bear back down, do 2 merkins, 2 plank jacks, 2 sets of shoulder taps… etc.
Repeat adding 1 rep to each exercise each time.
RnR for 10 minutes
Run, Burpee, Run
Mosey to the starting line by the flags.  5 burpees at start line, then run to Fort Pain entrance and repeat. Run back to start and do it again on repeat until Q called time.
Met up with the muscle beach crew at 6:30 for a round of Mary while we waited for the chumps to finally show up so we could start round 2.
