It was a cold, wet, crunchy, BEAUTIFUL morning on Muscle Beach for 5 HIM to experience what I think is the first snow post.

Press
(after 2 rounds, @Cross-Stitch appears, another victim of the 5:15 start time surprise, so we do another round)
Combine them into a lunge-curl-press from the playground to the crosswalk along the road

Set 2
Gravediggers
Surrenders
Broadjumps
(2 rounds)

Set 3
On your back, lat pull-downs and leg lifts
Weighted merkins
Curls
(2 rounds)

Final round
Everyone does press-to-merkin (kind of like a burpee without the jumping but with a coupon) while 1 PAX does 10 feet-to-hands on the pull-up bars, until everyone has a turn on the bars

I heard a discussion on this verse this week, reminding us that how we present our bodies (both physical and mental) is a form of worship in itself. That what we do in the gloom these mornings makes us stronger so that we may be more ready to serve.
