Encouraged PAX to start setting some goals for the Memorial Day Murph. Try to add some weight and start doing consecutive exercises (I.e. do all pull-ups before you move to Merkins, etc). Goal is to someday do the full Murph in that format with 20#s of weight attached.
As we were finishing mile 2 we were met by @PrimeTime Kwame, @2Buck, @Cross-Stitch stitch, and @Peewee (TRAPP) on a black ops run to hit up all AOs. Way to go fellas! They joined us for COT.

Paul didn’t act out of a sense of guilt. It was his constant heartfelt awareness of Christ’s love for him that compelled him to desire to be disciplined.
