Warmarama was too long for @Foosball. He was anxious to get Murphy with it. He later apologized for criticizing my warmup but it was too late. The damage had been done. Next week we’re doing 1 SSH and then starting.

I walked a small loop, still resting my Achilles. Everyone else ran the full distance. @Cosmo’s new shoes are still looking good but starting to get a little dirty.
