Prayer Requests:
@Night Light. Praise God – Dad is out of ICU.
@Dizzy Gillespie (F3 Dads)– Friend’s dad had a heart attack, plus that friend has covid and can’t go see his dad
Prayers for @MapQuest and family with covid, and all other PAX dealing with sickness at home
@Peewee (TRAPP). Prayers for his oldest 2.0, who has Autism and ADHD.  He’s 11 and struggling with social interactions and self esteem issues, and other kids not being nice.
@Jalisco.  More patience with his 2.0s
@Pancreas.  Friend Travis in Arizona.  Recently went through a divorce.  Prayers as Pancreas shares the Lord with him.
Praise – It was good to see @Baby Gap back out there with us Moleskin:
We are all pushing ourselves hard out here. We can all think of examples over this past year where we didn’t think we could do something, but we were able to overcome by conquering the mental aspect of it. That’s great. However, this is the training ground for life, and we need to treat it as such. If you are hitting your fitness goals in F3, but not giving the same attention to your family, and your faith, it’s all meaningless. If I can push through barriers here, but give up when it gets tough at work, it’s all for nothing.  This is where we push ourselves in the morning out in the gloom, but we need to make sure we are pursuing our relationship with Christ, and other relationships, with that same intensity.1 Timothy 4:8
For while bodily training is of some value, godliness is of value in every way, as it holds promise for the present life and also for the life to come.
We are just borrowing these bodies for a short time, and it’s important that we take care of them, but our relationship with Christ is more important, because it affects our eternal life, and our actions and lifestyle inside and outside of F3 can affect other people eternally as well.
Thanks for the opportunity to lead this morning gentlemen.
