We completed 105 reps of each exercise in 27 mins which was a lot shorter than I anticipated so then I went into improv mode.
20 Lunges (each leg 1/2)
Then your YHC got confused and thought time was up at 6:30. Boy was I confused, I blame the burpees from the Deck of Death.
Then BLIMPS pyramid
(Each Round starts from the bottom)
10 Lunges (each leg)
15 Imperial Walkers (each leg)
25 Plank Jacks
(Meaning 30 more burpees, that’s 135 for those counting)
20 4 count Flutter Kicks
20 Plank Shoulder Taps
To a 2 min plank hold.

It had been a week since I had worked out and then I had this Q on the calendar and I didn’t really want to do it. So I confess that I was slumping but I pulled it together and led and man, am I glad I did. I was in a better mood all day and was super productive work-wise. So I want to encourage all of you brothers to not get down on yourselves and step up to stay connected and continue to progress in your fitness and faith. Thank you for showing up this morning because having you all there with me meant more to me than you know.
