3 HIM got after it in the gloom at Port Royal Park this morning!  

@Sully @ThirdWheel and @Heidi had an assorted (made up on the spot) beatdown full of runs, merkins, squats, dips, big boy's, hammers, bear crawls, and lunge walks, followed by an extended coffeeteria.
