Start on the sideline of parking lot by the playground. Perform 1 Merkin – run across the grass to the sidewalk – perform 20 LBCs.
Run back and do 2 Merkins. Run back for 19 LBCs.
Repeat until you do 20 Merkins and 1 LBC.
Early finishers nonstop SSHs until all in.
Move to the park entrance

Bear crawl to first trash can
20 burpees
PAX choice, bear crawl or crawl bear back
Mosey to picnic tables
5 to 10, OYO – Start with 5 reps of each exercise, then repeat, adding 1 repetition each round until 10.

I didn’t mention this, but today is a memorable for me. It was 9 years ago today that my dad was killed in a motorcycle accident.
Gentlemen, I am thankful for you guys coming out this morning, and for the support we show each other online and in person. These friendships and gatherings, both online and in person, will help keep us sane and on track over the coming weeks.
Even if you can’t come out and play, do something every day.
Hit up one of the Virtual AO’s. Go for a run through the woods. Have “PE” for your now-home-schooled 2.0’s and make them do merkins with you. Buy a used copy of P90X off of ebay. Whatever it takes. Don’t use this an excuse to sleep late, sit on the sofa, and eat cheetos all day.
