9 (10 with a late game appearance of @Peewee ) set out to fortify themselves this morning.
Warm-o-Rama: 3 rounds of fast footwork to get the blood pumping followed up with some shoulder stretches.
Thang: 9 stations, ea I pax to visit ea station twice, 2 rounds each.
Round 1 (both laps completed)
1 – 60lb SB deadlifts
2 – 30lb plate thrusters
3 – Cindy wide push ups
4 – kb swings
5 –  ruck BB sit ups
6 – “ “
7 – 20lb Arnold press rucks
8 – derkins
9 – wide pull-ups
Round 2 (1 lap and some change completed before time)
1 – endorphins
2 – plate over head hold
3 – close to wide Merks on cindy
4 – burpee into weight jump squat
5 – 1 sides farmer carry
6 – other FC
7 – steering wheels
8 – push up into extended high plank
9 – high holds
We as HIM’s will not wait to be caught off guard by the struggles life brings. But rather introducing struggles ourselves. Therefore, we will not be caught unprepared when life throws us curve balls.
