15 minute AMRAP – Start at the light pole with 10 merkins, 10 squats, 10 BBSU, and 10 burpees, then 1 lap to the pavilion and back (approx 1/4 mile), RnR

Around the clock merkins
Regular merkin, then walk arms over 1 step to right, keeping feet still, using as a pivot point. Repeat, adding 1 merkin each time, until you’ve made a complete circle “around the clock” to 12 merkins, keeping feet in same spot.
The Killer B’s are Bear Crawl, Broad Jump, and Burpees.
PAX Bear crawl distance specified by Q, then Broad jump back to start, every 5 broad jumps, PAX performs 3 Burpees.
