Moleskin – hold the line!
I’ve been a part of F3 for a little over 3 years.  I got into the best shape of my life about a year into it at F3 Naperville. I started at 220 pounds and weighed 180 by the end of that first year. I also formed some great friendships.   There’s something about the bond of working out in the gloom together.

In any case about six months before I moved I started to slack a little. I was moving soon and the excuses started to mount up. Then I moved here and had a mountain of additional excuses why I couldn’t make it out. Needless to say when I got up to 209 lbs I knew I needed to do something. Then the old Naantan from F3 Naperville texted me and he said, you been out to F3 yet?  I responded, ahhh nope, but I plan too.

That nudge was what I needed to get in gear.  Coming back out has reinvigorated me and I realized (which I already knew) it’s really hard to do this on your own. You start to make excuses for yourself little by little and they mount up until the next thing you know you weigh 209 lbs. The good news is that there’s always the present and it’s the little daily decisions that make the world of difference. So keep holding each other accountable… I need it, you need it, we all need it. Hold the line!

PS – I’m down to about 198 lbs on the queen. Thanks for the accountability fellas!
