All PAX in a circle in plank, except one in middle. Middle person plays RPS with someone from circle, loser does 3 burpees and is now in the middle. Keep going until Q calls time. A couple things happened here:

– we learned what the longest plank ever feels like
– @Cosmo learned he shouldn’t enter into any RPS competitions

Bear-Crab Chase
Playing area limited to playground.
Partner up. Partner 1 does 5 merkins while partner 2 scampers away in crab walk. After merkins, partner 1 chases partner 2 in a bear crawl until they can tag them, then switch roles. Here we learned that @Pancreas likes to walk the line between craftiness and cheating, making @Three’s Company one lost bear.
7s with pull-ups and hand-release burpees.
To the pavilion for sets of 10 dips, 10 derkins AMRAP for a few minutes. Back to the starting circle.

Q suggested @Cosmo lead us through Alabama prom dates, which was promptly disregarded while he kicked off Failure to Launch, made (in)famous by @Kwame. FNG made us pay for that.

@Heidi is having the Fort Pain 1-year anniversary CSAUP in March. He’s calling it the Cannonball Run.
We’re pretty sure there’s no Spring Hill Christmas parade, but my neighborhood (Canterbury) is having a parade. @Cosmo has an in with the Social Committee co-chair there, so he’s gonna reach out and see if that’s a fit for us.
