Moleskin: YHC shared his personal F3 story as we celebrated his 2 year F3 Anniversary with a Q that was the exact same one as his first time back in 2019 with @Heidi (1st F Q) on Q. It would be convenient for YHC to rehash that entire story here, but he won’t. If you want to hear it/know it then find YHC sometime at a workout and ask. What IS important are these main takeaways…
- Sometime’s life is like losing baby teeth. There’s always that phase where there’s a gap and we have nothing but fear not because something better is certainly coming.
- Too many men today are stuck in the “baby tooth” phase of life. Need disruption to yank it out and fellowship to fell comfortable with the empty gap until the better thing becomes visible.
- YHC wanted to recognize that while he loves all the PAX, he wanted to especially note the redwoods/mighty oaks that were influential in his F3 journey from Day 1: @Tiny Dancer @Operation @Heidi (1st F Q) @Pancreas @2nd F Kwame @Lone Star @Bogo @Ron Swanson @Joey Freshwater and certainly others that escape memory right now.
